How our packages are structured

Every Mintjmint engagement is priced as a fixed-scope project, not an open-ended retainer with a ticking clock. You know what you're getting, what it costs, and when it ends before you sign anything. The three packages below reflect the three most common starting points we see with Kenyan content teams: teams that need strategy first, teams that need a working pipeline, and teams that need the full factory — strategy, pipeline, and onboarding — built in one go. All prices are in Kenyan shillings and include VAT. Payment is split 50% on agreement and 50% on delivery.

Common questions about our pricing

Can we customise a package for our specific situation?

Yes. The three packages above cover the most common scenarios, but we frequently scope custom engagements. If your team has already done the strategy work and only needs pipeline design and onboarding, for example, we'll price accordingly. Get in touch and we'll build a scope that fits.

Do you offer ongoing support after the engagement ends?

Every package includes a day-30 check-in at no extra cost. Beyond that, we offer optional monthly advisory calls (KSh 15,000 per session) for teams that want a sounding board as they grow. We don't lock you into a retainer — you book sessions as needed.

What tools do we need to have before we start?

None that you don't already use. We build pipelines inside Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, Trello, or ClickUp — whichever your team prefers. If you don't have a strong preference, we'll recommend the simplest option for your team size. You won't be asked to purchase enterprise software.

How long does each engagement take?

The Foundation package runs three weeks. The Pipeline package runs four weeks. The Factory package runs six weeks end-to-end. All timelines assume your team is available for scheduled workshops and feedback rounds. Delays on your side extend the timeline proportionally.
