When you send us a message, one of the Mintjmint team reads it — not a bot, not a virtual assistant. We aim to respond within one business day. If your message gives us enough context about your team and your current content setup, we'll come back with a specific observation or a question that moves the conversation forward rather than a generic response. If you'd prefer a call, mention your availability and we'll find a time. We're based in Garissa and operate on East Africa Time (EAT, UTC+3). Most of our initial conversations happen over phone or Google Meet, and we're happy to accommodate clients anywhere in Kenya.

Questions we get asked before the first call
Do you work with teams outside Garissa?
Yes — most of our clients are not in Garissa. We work with teams across Kenya, primarily in Nairobi, Mombasa, and Kisumu. Discovery workshops and onboarding sessions can be run in person or over Google Meet, depending on your location and preference.
How quickly can you start an engagement?
Our typical lead time from agreement to kick-off is one to two weeks. If your situation is urgent, tell us — we occasionally accommodate accelerated starts when our schedule allows.
Do you work with very small teams — two or three people?
Yes. Some of our most impactful work has been with two or three-person content departments where a clear system makes an outsized difference. We scale the engagement scope to your team size — smaller teams get a leaner, faster setup.
